What is your return policy?

If you experience any genuine issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged, or incorrect item—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We offer a 10-day exchange policy. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags and packaging intact. To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and make the process as smooth as possible.

How long does delivery take?

We offer two shipping options: *Standard* and *Express*. Standard delivery typically takes **5–8 business days, while Express delivery takes **3–5 business days**. Orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within *1–2 business days* of confirmation.
