What is your return policy?

If you experience any genuine issue with your order—such as receiving a damaged, or incorrect item—please don’t hesitate to reach out. We offer a 10-day exchange policy. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and have all original tags and packaging intact. To help us resolve any issue quickly and avoid misunderstandings, please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. The video should show the package and product condition from the beginning of the unboxing. To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos.
